On September 21st, the National Justice Party issued an official statement on the death of Jake Gardner.
“The National Justice Party is saddened and outraged by the death of Jake Gardner, the White Nebraska bar owner who was driven to suicide after being indicted on trumped up charges stemming from a self-defense incident with a Black Lives Matter rioter. Gardner’s tragic and enraging case demonstrates that the US legal system has been weaponized against White people. The Republican Party and conservative movement not only refuse to do anything about it, they are complicit in the anti-White assault.
NJP Chairman Mike Peinovich
Gardner and his father were attacked while trying to protect their bar during a Black Lives Matter riot in Omaha on May 30th. During the altercation Gardner was put in a chokehold by a black rioter named James Scurlock, leaving him no choice but to shoot Scurlock to defend his own life. Gardner’s actions were morally and legally above reproach.”
A full report on the case was written by Eric Striker on his website, National Justice, which can be found here.
Omaha District Attorney Donald Kleine refused to file charges against Mr. Gardner originally, but bowed before intense political pressure from the feds, media, and anti-White NGOs.
Frederick Franklin, a black, was appointed to review the case, and Mr. Gardner was forced into hiding in another state, where he eventually took his own life.
As is to be expected, the anti-White mob on Twitter has been wailing and gnashing their teeth, decrying the lack of “justice,” presumably preferring that Mr. Gardner had been killed by one of their own monstrous number.
I am reminded of the tragic death of Andrew Dodson, a peaceful man who was harassed and hounded by jews and “Antifa” for the crime of attending a legally permitted protest until he took his own life. When his family posted a memorial page, those same disgusting jackals that now bewail the lack of so-called “justice” they wanted inflicted on Mr. Gardner found Mr. Dodson’s memorial and proceeded to mock the man and his family in their time of mourning.
These people are our enemies. It isn’t even that they just want us dead, now – they are not happy unless they personally get to plunge the knife.
As cliche as it sounds, my heart and prayers go out to Mr. Gardner and his family, just as they have for Mr. Dodson and his family since I first heard of his passing in 2018.
It is important that we remember these men, and remember the people truly responsible for their deaths. For Andrew Dodson, for Jake Gardner, for Aaron Danielson, for Cannon Hinnant, for Wilma Hochstetler, for Kate Steinle, for Mollie Tibbets, and for the countless other victims of this vicious, illegitimate, jewish, anti-White system responsible for the tragic ends to their lives.
We will not forgive, and we will not forget.
