Whenever there’s a hint of giving American blacks credit over recent imports I can’t help but remind whites in America that the decades-long problem of cities like Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta, New Orleans and Memphis (to start with) has nothing to do with a sudden influx of Haitians. There is no meaningful difference between Haiti and any American city where whites find themselves outnumbered by blacks, save for the fact that those whites are the only things barely keeping those places functional, and under enormous strain. Give us a break with your sassy black woman at the town council meeting.
