Sadly, in the Current Year there are con men, glowies, and weirdos everywhere fighting for real estate in your mind. Their goal is to make you think and do what they want, and in order to do that they need to trick you into constant consumption of their ideas.
Thankfully, there is a helpful set of rules to keep your mind safe: if they can’t summarize their ideology on a 3×5 card, explain it in 2 minutes, or if their ideology involves extreme levels of death everywhere…don’t give them the time of day.
“Do the work!” they’ll say. “Read my blog! Listen to my podcast library!” they’ll say. This is just a manipulation technique to get you to give more mental real estate to them, which is tragic because their ideology is usually really stupid.
Don’t believe us? Fine, let’s give you an example. As a Christmas present to our audience (especially those with long travels to visit family), Super has decided to “do the work” of reading and responding to the entirety of the natural law institute’s “Constitution,” which SOMEHOW successfully got people to commit treason. No really, if someone tells you to read a billion essays or listen to a bunch of sequential brainwashing sessions – I mean podcasts – to understand them, this is proof positive that whatever they say is probably deceptive bullshit.

Finally, a short episode
>11 hours
We got a WarStrike type of episode here, Good Lord.
Instead of listening to all 11 hours, I just bashed my head against the wall while chanting “RECIPROCITY”, I think it had the same effect.
There’s some decent gems here, but they’re drowned out by an absurd amount of coal. I think half of this was Curt (or his committee) saying “Oh ya that sounds based, lemme add that”, like bringing back dueling and letters of the marque, or making it so only heterosexual males can join the military (would that extend to support roles as well?) There’s just so many terrible ideas though. Banning disaster relief makes no sense at all. Suing people for disinformation (beyond existing libel or deformation laws) is insane. The weird legal system is a mess. I think this had more “dot, dot, dot” than the dead sea scrolls episode. Curt really needs to take some Adderall and bang the rest of this out, or realize it’s silly and move on.
There’s a lot of things here that just don’t need to be in a constitution. Like bro, make multiple documents. Have a separate document that details your ideal policies, like banning Bauhaus art and commie holidays. You do not need to have seizing Mastercard in your constitution. You don’t need foreign policy, or sections on grammar in your constitution. This made me appreciate the founding farters more because they at least understood what a constitution is.
Thank you for posting this! I was looking for a succinct explanation for propertarianism, and this was the shortest that I’ve found.
