Super mentioned around 37 minute mark not being aware of African church plants in the US. Look into the Oromo ethnic group. They have several congregations in the Midwest, some of which have joined the LCMS. Though nominally Lutheran many of them are somewhat a mix of Lutheran and Baptist. Missouri and Minnesota and probably other states that have Oromo populations will have Oromo churches that will be somewhere on the spectrum between Lutheran, reformed and/or Baptist. There are also Muslim Oromo.
