I never heard about him before. Pretty interesting. Is he the same as Azov or different?
He is popular with most nationalist groups there as we would think of say Francis Parker Yockey in our circles (edgy, bit shady, a brave fighter, but not as popular as say Rockwell) and Azov guys are generally not too keen on him and like the SS Galicia and the more pro-German Ukrainian nationalists more. Bandera was in the 1930’s and 40’s, he did generally support the Germans but had a falling out with military authorities over not getting immediate Ukrainian independence and was detained, you also had the appointment of Erich Koch in central Ukraine who was secretly working for the Soviets but was an old NSDAP member Hitler liked but was despised by NSDAP leadership. Bandera later had some reconciliation with the Germans and even Himmler admired his OUN inspiring the Wehrwolf project for Germans. Other Ukrainian nationalists remained loyal to the Reich in their Wehrmacht and SS volunteer battalions until the end like in the Battle of Prague in 1945 where they battled the against Czech and Russian Liberation Army renegades.
he’s about 100 years before the Azov Ukrainian nationalist began, and they are from East Ukraine, where as he is from West Ukraine….
