So a couple years back Megan Basham released an explosive book called Shepherds for Sale, which alleges that evangelical Christian leaders sold out – taking money from leftist organizations to push their doctrine and practice leftward. In other words, she found out why a whole bunch of ostensibly conservative churches became liberal seemingly overnight. And she proved it.
When the book came out, it received two stock answers: “it’s all lies” and “b-bu-but conservatives do it too!!1!” Then the whole story got memory holed. Well the same way we shouldn’t let people forget the COVID years and the tyranny of our leaders then, let’s talk about Shepherds for Sale and refuse to let this scandal fade away.
